Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Odhni & Ornate, every piece is a labor of love. As a small, passion-led business, we handpick, pack, and ship each order with the same level of care and detail that I would expect for my own family. Because of the artisanal nature of our products and our current operational scale, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We encourage you to reach out via WhatsApp for any styling or fit assistance before placing your order to ensure you are completely confident in your choice.


Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction and trust are my highest priorities. While we inspect every saree and chaniya choli thoroughly before it leaves our doorstep, we understand that transit can sometimes be unpredictable.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return due to damage:

  • Unboxing Video Required: You must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment you start opening the package until the damage is clearly shown. This is a standard industry practice for handloom and ethnic wear to verify the condition upon arrival.
  • Reporting Window: Please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Damage Claim

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately:

  1. WhatsApp us with your Order Number.
  2. Attach the Unboxing Video and clear photographs of the damage.
  3. Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps for a replacement or a resolution.
